Next Wednesday, September 18, at 15:30h, the itdUPM will host a new (im)probable dialogue. In this case, we will talk about the possibility of creating networks of citizen laboratories as social infrastructures and models of institution, conceived as spaces for collaboration and social experimentation.
The dialogue will have as guest Marcos García, independent cultural manager who is helping different organizations in Madrid to enable meeting places for experimentation and collaborative development of projects that seek to improve life in common.
In the dialogue we will share the mode of operation of citizen labs developed at Medialab Prado and how it has been adapted to different contexts and types of institution for the creation of common resources.
We will surely talk about a network experience of citizen labs in Madrid from the collaboration of different projects underway in places such as La Casa Encendida, Manzanares el Real, the Library of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the UCM, the Dehesa de la Villa, or the National Museum of Decorative Arts.
This presentation is an invitation to all those who wish to collaborate in any way in this initiative.
