Catalyzing transformative partnerships for the SDGs: effectiveness and impact of the multi-stakeholder initiative “El Día Después”

Partnerships emerge as fundamental pillars for change on the path towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the 2030 Agenda. Strengthening collaborative capacity between various organizations becomes imperative to foster partnerships between multiple actors. However, navigating these alliances can be resource intensive and complex.
This article focuses on “The Day After,” a case study that shows the transformative potential of a partnership between multiple actors. As an incubator for partnerships, “The Day After” creates an equitable space where public administrations, private companies and academic sectors converge to co-create impactful initiatives aligned with the SDGs.
