(Un)likely dialogues
These Dialogues are meeting spaces to discuss, inspire, meet, exchange, co-create or debate. Within itdUPM, as a living ecosystem, we need to communicate, provide and receive feedback and connect.
These types of encounters have been held since 2013, and serve as a space to exchange experiences, debate and critical reflection among students, professors, business professionals, staff from public organisations, entrepreneurs, NGOs and civil society groups who are collectively pursuing a sustainable social transformation in an innovative way.
The Dialogues are open to the public and are usually held at midday (although times may vary). In the following link, you can register and/or propose ideas for new (and probable) Dialogues.

Guidelines for the Dialogues
- The content is open: anyone can discuss a specific topic, brainstorm or compare ideas for a proposal/project, technological advances and interesting innovations, experiences and research, influential people, etc.
- The format is free: PPT (or similar) is optional. We recommend that the presentation of the topic be between 5 and 20 minutes, followed by time for dialogue with the public, to pose challenges and resolve doubts and questions.
- The Dialogues are an open space, available to everyone: the objective is to spark a conversation, inspire, learn and get to know one another. By default, the Dialogues are disseminated among the members of itdUPM and the UPM academic community, and any individuals or organisations interested in participating will be welcome, whether or not they are from the UPM.
- About the organisation of the Dialogues: they are usually held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. at itdUPM. If you have any further questions, please contact: itd@upm.es
